One of the simplest definitions of the Law of Attraction is that what we think about we bring out. The basic premise is that everything is energy and we are constantly creating our reality based upon what we are thinking about, focusing on and how we are feeling in the process.  In the secular definition of Law of Attraction there also is a lot emphasis on your words, the energy they have and how they have their own self-fulfilling prophecy. The truth of the matter is that these same thoughts are expressed in the Bible.  Go figure! That's why I often make reference to the Spiritual Law of Attraction.
The Scriptural Law of Attraction

There are many beautiful pieces of scripture which speak to how our words, thoughts and feelings shape our reality. So for whatever you are seeking and when you are having those moments of discouragement, know that God wants you to be successful.  But the most important thing that you must do is believe and trust in him:

If ye abide in me and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will and it shall done unto you.  (John 15:7).  Read on:

Ask and it will be given to you; Seek and you shall find; Knock and the door shall be opened  to you." (Matthew 7:7)

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, "Be taken up and cast into the sea," and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it shall be granted him.  Therefore I say unto you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they shall be granted to you." (Mark 11:23-24)

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." (Hebrews 11:1)

May the words of my mouth and meditations of my heart be pleasing in your sight.  (Psalm 19:14)

As  a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.  Proverbs 23:7 (there is a whole book written around this scripture).

He who is in you is greater than he who is of the world.  1 John 4:4

The joy of the Lord is your  strength.  (Neh. 8:10)

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Phil 4:13)

As you can see, it is all about words, thoughts, and feelings -- even in the Bible.  "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. "  John 1:1
